1. How long does shipping take?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after processing.
2. How can I track my order?
To track your order, please email us at foamcures@gmail.com with your order number, full name, and email address used during checkout. We'll respond with an update within 24–48 business hours.
3. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free, and there are no restocking fees. Items must be unused, in original condition, and not marked as final sale.
4. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, final sale items are non-returnable. All other products are eligible for return if they meet the conditions above.
5. How do I start a return?
Email us at foamcures@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a free return label and instructions.
6. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
8. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at foamcures@gmail.com. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to modify or cancel it.
